Brian graduated Magna Cum Laude from Midwestern State University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Prior to joining Prothro Blair Financial, Brian worked as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.
Brian has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and has earned the professional designations of Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP™) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Starting in 2004, Brian helped transition the services of Prothro Blair Financial from base of the pyramid only to a holistic financial planning practice. Today, Brian serves clients in all areas of the Financial Puzzle.
Aside from his professional career, Brian is married to his wonderful wife, Malorie. They enjoy travelling and hiking anywhere there is cool weather and a trail. On the weekends, you’ll likely find Brian in one of three places – at the Crossfit gym trying to keep up with the younger generation, enjoying the cool air 6000 feet in the air flying his Cessna 172, or at his house channeling his creative side by making colorful and unique art…although he’s colorblind!
Being raised in Wichita Falls, both Brian and Malorie enjoy being actively involved in their church and the community. Brian is on the Board of Directors of the Faith Mission of Wichita Falls and the Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation.

Treston joined Prothro Blair Financial in 2016 and he helps serve our clients in his capacity as an Associate Wealth Management Advisor.
Treston graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacramento State University with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Prothro Blair Financial, Treston worked for both Investment Professionals, Inc. and Fidelity Investments. His experience, combining investments, qualified plans, and insurance, provides an excellent background for the holistic approach we provide our clients.
Treston earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL™ (CFP®) certification. He also holds both the series 7 and 66 licensures in addition to the Texas life, health, and disability insurance.
Treston is actively involved with Colonial Church and recently graduated from Leadership Wichita Falls in spring of 2016. He and his wife, Shelby, live in Henrietta, Texas where they are a seventh Clay county generation family. They enjoy taking their two young children out on trips to work cattle with family, go for a run, and just soak up the open countryside.

Abigail joined the Prothro Blair Financial team in March of 2018 as our first college intern. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Midwestern State University in the Spring of 2019 and accepted a full-time position with us shortly after. Abigail has filled many roles during her time at PBF and is currently an Associate Financial Representative, where she leads our Planning department. She loves connecting with and serving our clients.
Abigail was born and raised in Katy, Texas and is the oldest of 5 children. She jokes that she feels like she is a Wichita Falls native, as her whole family is from the area and she grew up coming to visit. Abigail and her soon-to-be husband, Chance, are excited to be able to call Wichita Falls home and look forward to planting their own roots and getting involved in the community.
In her free time, Abigail enjoys keeping herself busy! She loves to read, paint, cook, and play with her sweet Irish Doodle, Henry. On the weekends, Abigail and Chance love being outside and soaking up the sun and fresh air. She currently serves as an advisor for her sorority, Chi Omega, and loves having the opportunity to help the young women of the MSU chapter.

Josh graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to joining Prothro Blair Financial, Josh worked as a Certified Public Accountant, providing audit, tax, and advisory services for a wide array of clients and most recently, Josh served as a Chief Financial Officer & Controller in the construction industry.
Josh has earned his license to practice as a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) through the Texas State Board of Public Accounting (TSBPA) and continues to maintain that license. His background in business and tax planning gives him an insight on the complex problems that individuals and businesses face on a daily basis and how to find the right solutions to those problems.
Josh is an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Wichita Falls, serves as the Treasurer of the North Texas Area United Way, and as a board member of the Wichita Falls Crime Stoppers.
He and his wife, Juliana, live in Wichita Falls and have two daughters. He enjoys cycling, cooking for others, community service, sports, and most importantly, spending time with his loved ones.

Passing the CPA exam! Studying for and passing that exam gave me the tools I need to not only provide advice to clients, but to also dig deeper and find the right solutions for clients and their unique problems.

Stacie joined Prothro Blair Financial in 2018 as the firm’s first Chief Operations Officer. Her sunny disposition and desire for excellence, accompanied by extensive experience in leading a team, enable her to create an enjoyable and productive environment for our office. It is her goal to help our team exceed our clients’ expectations, while developing the teams’ personal growth paths.
Stacie grew up in Wichita Falls and is proud to call it home. She attended Wichita Falls High School and earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Human Resources from Midwestern State University. Stacie and her husband, James, are always looking for opportunities to serve in our community. Stacie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Wichita Falls and Paul Harris Fellow Board of Trustees. She also serves on the Salvation Army Advisory Board.
Stacie and James have four children- MiKayla, Justin, Andrew, and Judah- who fill their hearts will so much joy. In her spare time, Stacie enjoys making music with her husband and having family jam sessions in the living room of their home. She loves to paint, cook, travel, and find opportunities to make organization and structure fun.

Since joining Prothro Blair Financial in 1998, Peggy has had responsibility for many administrative areas of the business.
Peggy is involved in all aspects of new client risk-based product transactions from taking the application to policy approval and is responsible for client service of all in-force insurance products.
Peggy is licensed in Texas for life, health, disability, and long-term care insurances. She is also Series 6 and 63 licensed in variable products and mutual funds and is an Associate Financial Representative.
A native of Wichita Falls, Peggy has been married to her husband, Herb, for 43 years. She has two children and loves being Grandma to her 3 beautiful grandchildren. She and Herb enjoy traveling to spend time with family or to just relax on the coast. Other favorite pastimes include listening to audio books, binge watching British detective series, and taking walks (while listening to an audio book).

Gina joined the Prothro Blair Financial team in May of 2019 as a Client Service Manager. She is responsible for providing operational support for all aspects of investments, insurance planning, and 401k for clients.
Gina graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Business Management. She grew up in Enid, Oklahoma and moved to Wichita Falls in 2004. She met her husband, Russell, in 2012. A few years later, Gina moved to New York to join Russell as he attended the Culinary Institute of America. They were married in May of 2017 and moved back to Wichita Falls in 2019.
Gina and Russell, a Wichita Falls native, are excited to be back living in Texas, closer to their family and friends. They had their first baby, Walker, in March of 2020 and love spending every possible moment with him. As a family, they enjoy spending time at Jordan Craft BBQ, where Russell is the Executive Chef and Co-owner.
Gina loves being involved in the Wichita Falls community. She is currently a member of the Wichita Falls Junior League and on the board of the North Texas Pantry.

Jared has worked within the financial industry for 10 years. In those 10 years, he worked for a national bank as a Banker, Service Manager and Branch Manager. In all 3 roles, he gained a plethora of knowledge and experience that has matured him as a team member, leader and coach, and overall human being. Jared believes fully that a well selected team that works seamlessly with one another can accomplish great things. This is always a win-win for both the client and team, because as a cohesive unit you exceed the client’s expectations and leave them with an experience that will build a “forever” type of trust.
Jared serves on the planning committee for T.H.O.R. – Texoma’s Hellacious Obstacle Run and is also the Track Events Director for the North Texas Special Olympics Spring Games.
Jared was born and raised in Oklahoma and moved to Texas in 2010 after meeting his wife, Megan. They were married in 2012 and now have two little girls, Hudson Paige (5) and Baylor Upton (2) who make their world go ‘round. Jared’s daughters are both full of life, so much love, and an insurmountable amount of goofiness. In his free time, Jared finds enjoyment in time with family and friends, fishing, golfing, BBQing, Oklahoma State Cowboys, yard work (he calls it turf management), and anything else a typical dad does!

Cheslea joined the Prothro Blair Financial team in December of 2018 as the Client Relations Manager. Before joining our team, Cheslea served in the customer service industry for 13 years and truly enjoys helping others. As our Client Relations Manager, Cheslea’s everyday goal is to create a positive and memorable experience for each client with whom she interacts.
Cheslea is originally from San Antonio, Texas, but has been visiting her family in Wichita Falls since she was a child. She enjoys raising her own daughter in Wichita Falls and has a great appreciation for its family and community-oriented atmosphere. While growing up in San Antonio, she attended John Marshall High School and received her Associates in Elementary Education from Northwest Vista Community College.
When Cheslea is not at the office, she enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and spouse, cooking, painting, playing games, as she is quite competitive, and watching the Food Network. She is extremely family focused and takes advantage of any free time possible to be with them.

Getting out of my comfort zone of the restaurant industry and becoming a team member of Prothro Blair Financial. This firm gives me the opportunity to make an impact in my community and continue to provide first class customer service to our clients, which is what I am called to do!

Stephanie joined the Prothro Blair Financial team in July 2020. She brought in a strong background in customer service and hospitality. She is expected to graduate from Western Governors University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing Management- which means there are many more nightly cups of coffee to be had.
Stephanie has been a Wichitan since the age of four. In high school, she was involved in many extracurricular activities that provided services to the community. She is committed to helping improve our city through volunteer work and community involvement, which she plans to encourage her children to become active in through programs like Boy Scouts and Campfire. Stephanie’s favorite spots in town are the small, family-owned boutiques and coffee shops.
Aside from work and her schooling, Stephanie dedicates much of her time to her children and visiting family in the area. She also enjoys painting, music (including dance parties with her children), and binge-watching the latest Netflix or Hulu hits. Her dream is to travel along the west coast, with extended time in Washington.
